This top floor flat in is let for extended
periods between the owner’s visits to

and the flat was certainly not ‘tatty’.

Another prime location, but high time to re-model. My client would have organized this
herself but work commitments did not allow in the time frame, so we teamed up.
Drawing on my experience and contact base, she made most of the design choices and
then disappeared on business leaving me to deal with the builders! This started as a
straightforward refit but along the way floors were raised, ceilings lowered and
generally what had been a ‘cool and quirky’ rental flat became modern, luxurious and
bang on trend. It was rented for a steep increase two weeks after completion.
